The Center for Research of Problems in Privatization and State Assets Management under the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan has become a member of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), an international network operating under the auspices of the UN Secretary-General and bringing together more than 2,200 research institutions, educational organizations, and other institutions worldwide. Membership in SDSN opens up new opportunities for the Center to expand international scientific cooperation with leading foreign universities and research institutions, implement joint research and expert projects, exchange international best practices, participate in international events, and promote its research findings at the global level. This membership is particularly important for advancing research on improving state asset management, transforming state-owned enterprises, implementing ESG principles and corporate social responsibility (CSR), as well as developing evidence-based recommendations aimed at achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Uzbekistan.
