In accordance with the training program and the explanation of the content of the law, a training seminar was conducted on February 21 of this year at the territorial department of the State Assets Management Agency in the Andijan region and the Center for Effective Use of State Property in the region, with the participation of employees.

At the seminar, which was conducted by the legal consultant for contractual and legal relations and litigation of the department, S. Nazirova, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 7, 2025, “On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Connection with the Improvement of the Legal Framework of Corporate Relations” (No. ОРҚ-1025) was explained.

Additionally, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 12, 2022, No. 18, "On Additional Measures to Improve the Procedure for Organizing and Conducting Electronic Online Auctions and Tenders" was also discussed.

During the seminar, the legal consultant provided detailed explanations of each article of this law.
