The State Asset Management Agency has launched the mobile application “Davaktiv”, designed to create more convenient conditions for individuals and legal entities.

The special application offers users a user-friendly interface and modern functionality. Individuals and legal entities can now use public services provided by UzSAMA through a single access point, as well as receive information from the official website of UzSAMA and from the open data portal, staying up-to-date with the published data.

The mobile application “Davaktiv” includes several modules:

• Module about UzSAMA.

This module contains all information about the Agency and its activities.

• Interactive Services Module.

Allows you to familiarize yourself with all public services provided by UzSAMA and use them electronically through the mobile application.

• Investor Cabinet Module.

In this section, investors who have purchased or leased state assets can receive information about the activities of UzSAMA, monitor and manage data. Information relevant to each investor is provided through the interagency integration platform of the Digital Government system.

• News and announcements module.

All news and announcements related to the activities of UzSAMA are updated based on information from the official website of UzSAMA.

• State Assets Module.

Provides the ability to view, filter, upload and share information about state assets that are subject to privatization, with the ability to create a list of them.

• E-auksion module.

Provides the ability to view, filter and upload all information about state assets on the platform and information systems of the Electronic Online Auction Organization JSC.

• Rental Module.

Provides the ability to view, filter, upload and share information on government assets leased through the Online Leasing system, and to submit an application through a link to the Online Leasing system.

• Corporate Governance Module.

Allows you to familiarize yourself with information on corporate governance in companies with state share.

• Insolvency Module.

Provides information on enterprises recognized as insolvent, as well as information on court receivers.

• State-owned enterprises register module.

Provides the ability to view, filter, upload and share information on state-owned enterprises and public institutions, as well as create a list of them.

• Appraisal and Realtor Module.

Provides information on appraisal and realtor activity, with the ability to view, filter, upload and share data on social media. It is possible to check the authenticity of certificates issued for real estate and appraisal activities.

• Online Inquiries Module.

Allows you to send online inquiries regarding the activities of UzSAMA and receive answers to these inquiries through the user account of the mobile application.

• Open Data Module.

Provides an opportunity to familiarize with open information on the activities of UzSAMA.

• Activity Videos Module.

Contains videos dedicated to the activities of UzSAMA

• Statistics and reporting module.

Provides an opportunity to familiarize with statistical data and periodic reports on the activities of UzSAMA in interactive forms.

• Question and Answer Module.

Contains frequently asked questions related to the activities of UzSAMA and answers to them.

• Control panel module.

The control panel is designed to manage, control and make changes to the mobile application.
